Beth Kume-Holland is an award-winning disability specialist, global strategist and thought leader.
Named multiple times as one of the 100 most influential disabled people in the UK by the Shaw Trust, Beth works with businesses of all sizes to help them drive strategic solutions around accessibility and disability inclusion. Beth has worked with some of the largest organisations and biggest brands internationally, driving change across sectors from FTSE 100 companies to leading charities. She is a recognised specialist, working across business, government and wider society.
An Oxford University graduate and Harvard University Kennedy Scholar, Beth has previously been employed as Audience and Market Insights Lead at Scope, as well as working as an analyst and research fellow for both Oxford University and Citibank. Beth is also co-founder of the Disabled Entrepreneurs Network and is currently a Commissioner on the UK's Independent Commission for Healthier Working Lives, run by The Health Foundation.
Beth is a passionate advocate for disability inclusion and neurodiversity. She combines her lived experience of disability and neurodiversity with her professional expertise in the business and disability space.
